Who is this guy? Or the about me Section
My name is Anthony Robertson. Currently, I’m a web/mobile developer for the Franklin Institute. My duties center on web design and development, providing technical guidance, implementing and maintaining our content management services, providing UI/UX leadership for web projects, and mobile application development. I’m also an adjunct faculty member in the Continuing Education department at The University of the Arts.
I’m a native Missourian, but now live with my wonderful wife, dog, and three cats in Lansdowne, PA. I received my degree from Temple University. I’m a former US Marine, kind of a home-body, exercise junkie, and dork. I love Apple and Google products, Harley-Davidson Sportsters, Trek bicycles, music with crunchy guitars, uncomplicated beer, burritos, and Bauhaus and Swiss Design. When I have a little free time, I like to blog and write fiction.
Teaching Schedule: Spring ‘15 semester, I’m scheduled to teach two (2) sections of Foundations of Web Design and Development (CE 9506C/N), and a single (1) section of Designing Effective Web Pages (CE 002C/N). The classes are part of the Web Design Essentials certificate. I'm also teaching the elective Evaluating Content Management Systems (CMS) weekend workshop (CE 5432C/N) that will cover WordPress, MODX, and Drupal.
Availability: I’m not currently taking on any freelance design or development projects, but if you want to talk, need a consultant, or whatever,
Writing: If you have a few minutes and want to read something I wrote, check out my articles on Medium.com or my blog posts. If you're feeling adventurous, you can download one of my novels from Amazon.com.
